Chat Support Representative

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a part-time Chat Support Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and confident personality, along with strong soft skills in project management and innovation.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Utilize chat software to communicate with customers and track interactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and problem-solve - Resilient attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations - Confident and professional demeanor to represent the company effectively - Proficient in project management and innovative problem-solving - Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
