Job Description:
Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in New York City, NY. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to assist with inquiries, issues, and feedback - Resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional, and courteous manner - Conduct research to provide accurate information and solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize strategic planning to anticipate and address customer needs proactively - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Document all interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain consistency in support services
Requirements: - Resourceful and independent individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong research skills to gather information and provide accurate solutions - Proficient in strategic planning to anticipate and address customer needs effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
