Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Regions Financial is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat messaging. 2. Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain a positive and resilient attitude, even in challenging situations. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Resilient and hardworking attitude. 4. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and find solutions to customer problems. 5. Experience using chat support or CRM software preferred.
