Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Univar is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in New York City, New York. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for hardworking and adaptable individuals who possess excellent negotiation and project management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. 3. Utilize customer relationship management tools to document interactions and provide follow-up assistance. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 3. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 4. Proficiency in using chat support platforms and customer relationship management tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
