Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Chat Support Representative in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers - Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance goals and metrics

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong people management skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and dedication to achieving customer satisfaction - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
