Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Dean Foods is seeking a dedicated and independent Chat Support Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively through online chat. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide solutions. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update customer account information as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. 8. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance metrics and goals.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software. 6. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations. 7. Ability to present information clearly and effectively. 8. Strong planning and organizational skills.
