Chat Support Representative - Work from home

GrubHub is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is part-time and offers the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide support and assistance to customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any concerns. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Independent and confident personality traits. 2. Strong cooperation and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 5. Proficient in using chat support software and other relevant tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
