Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Masco is seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Chat Support Representative. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Phoenix, Arizona. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide support via chat - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in typing and computer skills - Experience with chat support software is a plus
