Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

iHeartMedia is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Utilize chat software to engage with customers and address their needs - Assist customers with technical issues related to our products and services - Collaborate with the customer service team to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues that may arise during customer interactions

Requirements: - Driven and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively through written communication - Creativity and emotional intelligence to connect with customers and address their needs with empathy - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat software and other customer service tools - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
