Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

D.R. Horton is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through chat support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat support - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while conversing with customers - Conduct thorough research to provide accurate information to customers - Present solutions effectively and confidently to customers - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong presentation and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and using chat support software - High school diploma or equivalent required
