Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

International Paper is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases to ensure customer satisfaction. - Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. - Demonstrate attention to detail in all interactions with customers and documentation of cases. - Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in an online chat support capacity. - Resourceful and motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and project management skills. - Proficient in using chat support software and communicating effectively through written messages. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
