Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Netskope is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of adaptability and dedication, as well as strong soft skills in strategic planning and communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients remotely. 2. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. 3. Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and support. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. 6. Provide feedback to internal teams on client preferences and trends in the market.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
