Client Relations Associate

Job Description: Zocdoc, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, resilient, possess critical thinking skills, and excel in planning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions to any issues that may arise - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our services - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience - Track client feedback and communicate trends to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically, plan strategically, and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism
