Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, serving as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues they may have. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Address any issues or concerns that clients may have, working to find solutions to their problems - Collaborate with other team members to ensure that client needs are met - Keep accurate records of all client interactions and communications - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their accounts or projects - Assist in the development of new client acquisition strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients

Requirements: - Motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence - Experience in client relations or a related field for a minimum of 3 years - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
