Client Relations Associate

Job description:

Nucor, a leading steel manufacturer in Denver, Colorado, is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and interactions - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations - Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities - Track client interactions and progress in CRM system - Provide administrative support to the client relations team as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and hardworking attitude - Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders - Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred, not required)
