Remote Client Relations Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team at Genesis Healthcare in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role will require at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met effectively - Work independently to manage a portfolio of clients and meet assigned targets - Present information to clients in a clear and persuasive manner - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in client relations, sales, or a similar role - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
