Job Description:
Kabbage, a leading financial technology company based in San Francisco, California, is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Relations Associate, you will have the opportunity to work from home and interact with our valued clients to provide exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and promote client loyalty. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver personalized solutions. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Develop customized client success plans to help clients achieve their financial goals. 6. Assist in coordinating client events and campaigns to enhance client engagement. 7. Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system. 8. Provide support to the sales team in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and motivate others. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Confident and resilient personality with a positive attitude. 7. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
