Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Franklin Resources is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, this role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and hardworking personality, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with current clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Proactively reach out to clients to address any concerns or issues they may have - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Identify potential new clients and work to bring them on board - Provide regular reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent organizational and time management skills
