Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

DoorDash is seeking a passionate and motivated Client Relations Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client relations, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling any inquiries or issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are communicated and met - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their accounts - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients - Attend client meetings and industry events to build relationships and promote DoorDash's services - Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong presentation and communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Experience in the food delivery or logistics industry is a plus
