Remote Client Relations Manager

Ingredion is currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ultimately driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement client relations strategies to meet business objectives and targets. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing all their needs and concerns in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement and revenue growth. 6. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client relations, account management, or sales. 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 4. Resilient and independent personality traits. 5. Project management and adaptability soft skills. 6. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
