Client Relations Manager

Assurant is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a global provider of risk management solutions, Assurant is committed to protecting what matters most to our clients.

As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our valued clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. In addition, you will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client strategies - Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, identifying opportunities for improvement - Lead client meetings and presentations - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices - Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Energetic and passionate personality - Strong leadership and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to travel as needed
