Job Description:
Xerox is seeking a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This part-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and maintaining open communication with clients.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Address client inquiries, concerns, or escalations in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Monitor client satisfaction and collect feedback to continuously improve our services - Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems - Manage client contracts, renewals, and invoicing processes - Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to better serve clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and resourceful problem-solving skills - Proven track record of achieving sales or client retention targets
