Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

The Client Relations Manager at Walt Disney in Charlotte, North Carolina will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients. 5. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase new products or initiatives. 6. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction to continuously improve services and strengthen relationships. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovate. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
