Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Hershey is seeking a Client Relations Manager to work from home in Chicago, Illinois. As a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, the successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field. We are looking for a resilient and driven individual who possesses strong teamwork and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of services to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Monitor and analyze client feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive measures to address any issues that may arise - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and overall satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
