Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Hess is seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure all client needs are met - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Analyze client feedback and market trends to make recommendations for improving client satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement strategic plans to grow client accounts and increase revenue - Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously - Experience in strategic planning and people management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel as needed
