Client Relations Officer

Plains GP Holdings is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a part-time Client Relations Officer in Washington, D.C. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are looking to start their career in client relations and gain valuable experience in the field.

Responsibilities: 1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients 2. Responding to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner 3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met 4. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients 5. Assisting in the development of marketing materials and client communications 6. Analyzing client feedback and making recommendations for improvements 7. Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field 2. 1 year of experience in a client-facing role 3. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service 4. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace 5. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity to think outside the box 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
