Job Description:
Booking.com is looking for a passionate and confident Client Relations Officer to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a part-time Client Relations Officer at Booking.com, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our services.
Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to clients to understand their needs and concerns - Provide timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and issues - Build rapport with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and improve overall customer experience - Monitor client satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for improvement - Assist with planning and executing client engagement events and activities - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to make strategic recommendations
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve issues - Excellent project management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
