Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Pfizer is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in client relations and customer service. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. 2. Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 6. Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives.
