Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Eversource Energy is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address any questions or concerns they may have - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any issues that may arise - Prepare reports and presentations on client satisfaction and account performance - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Hardworking and energetic attitude - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent problem-solving skills
