Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team at GitLab in San Antonio, Texas. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are independent, hardworking, adaptable, and skilled in negotiation.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via various channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing. 2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction. 3. Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve client experience. 5. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions. 6. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills. 2. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 3. Adaptability to changing client needs. 4. Negotiation skills to handle client concerns effectively. 5. Basic computer proficiency. 6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
