Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Assist in the development and implementation of client communication strategies - Track and analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Independent and resourceful mindset to handle client inquiries and challenges effectively - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent research skills to understand client needs and preferences - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
