Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Laboratory Corp. of America (LabCorp) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Relations Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Collect and analyze feedback from clients to improve service delivery and enhance the overall client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Attend client meetings and events as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 1 year of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong planning and organization skills with a keen attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is a plus
