Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative at J.C. Penney in Washington, D.C., you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients while providing excellent customer service. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and individuals who are adaptable and hardworking.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Assist clients with product information, recommendations, and order management - Handle client inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and escalating issues when necessary - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Provide feedback to management on client trends and preferences

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent presentation skills and emotional intelligence - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask - Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required
