Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Toys “R” Us is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Client Relations Representative. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in San Jose, California.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Provide product information and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong time management and organization skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment - Proficient in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
