Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team at WestRock. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in San Diego, California. As an Entry Level position, no years of experience are required. We are looking for someone who is independent, motivated, has strong decision-making skills, and is able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with customers - Address client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall customer experience - Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Team player with a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Access to a reliable internet connection
