Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Genuine Parts is looking for a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position is ideal for an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in client relations. As a Remote Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals - Present products and services to clients, showcasing the value they bring to their business - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests and feedback - Work independently from a remote location, staying motivated and confident in your abilities - Use leadership skills to guide clients through the process of working with Genuine Parts - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar field - Motivated and confident personality traits - Strong presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
