Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Spirit AeroSystems Holdings is seeking a passionate and motivated Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Conduct regular client meetings to discuss feedback, updates, and opportunities for growth - Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and assist in upselling and cross-selling initiatives - Analyze client data and feedback to provide insights for product development and service improvements - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations - Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand client base and enhance relationships

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role - Strong negotiation and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
