Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Peter Kiewit Sons’ is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, offering the opportunity to work from home. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction levels - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Independent and passionate personality traits - Strong research skills and a knack for cooperative teamwork - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with CRM software and other client management tools
