Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

As a Client Relations Specialist at Northrop Grumman, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients while working from the comfort of your own home in San Francisco, California. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and a passion for hard work in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Understand client needs and provide innovative solutions to meet their objectives - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase customer loyalty - Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns in a timely manner - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
