Job Description - Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Symantec is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level employee, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. - Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided. - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall customer experience. - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relations and drive business growth. - Provide support to clients during the onboarding process and act as a point of contact for any questions or concerns. - Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain a database of client information.


Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits. - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proven track record of success in client relations or a similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
