Job Description - Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


WESCO International is seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Client Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires 1 year of experience and the ability to work independently and confidently.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Assist clients with order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are completed in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients. 6. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and promote a culture of teamwork in the organization.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and independent personality traits. 3. Strong teamwork and adaptability skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Availability to work part-time hours and occasional evenings or weekends.
