Job Description:
Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Client Service Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or administrative support role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, dedicated, possess strong analytical skills, and have high emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction - Assist in managing client accounts, including maintaining accurate records and updating client information - Coordinate client meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and following up on action items - Support the Client Service team with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client requests - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance client service offerings - Contribute to the overall success of the Client Service team by taking on additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or administrative support - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies - Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or events - Must be able to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
