Job Description:
Kinder Morgan is seeking a driven and passionate Client Service Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting our team in delivering top-notch solutions.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 3. Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services. 4. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 6. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide value-added insights to clients.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in client service or a related field. 2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think strategically. 3. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively. 4. A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering results. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
