Job Description:
Chesapeake Energy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions effectively. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 3. Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have, ensuring a positive experience. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Conduct strategic planning and negotiation to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients. 6. Provide support for any client-related projects or initiatives as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in customer service or client relations, with a minimum of 3 years. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong negotiation skills and ability to think strategically. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6.
