Client Service Associate

Job description:

Erie Insurance Group in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of data entry - Assist in the preparation of client presentations and materials - Coordinate meetings and appointments for clients as needed - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service to clients - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to clients

Requirements: - Strong innovation and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Previous experience in a client-facing role preferred
