Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team at Oshkosh in Austin, Texas. In this part-time role at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist with account management, including processing transactions, updating client information, and maintaining accurate records - Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients, ensuring all meetings run smoothly and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing client feedback and performance metrics

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members - Adaptable and independent, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making - Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage relationships with clients effectively - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
