Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, resourceful, innovative, and skilled in problem-solving. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries in a timely manner - Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions - Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions to client issues and challenges - Utilize data to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives - Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships - Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively communicate with clients - Contribute to the overall success of the team by meeting performance goals and objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems creatively - Experience in client services or sales is preferred - Must be adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
