Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

KKR is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to work from home and support our clients in Indianapolis, Indiana with their various needs and inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account setup, transactions, and resolving any issues or concerns - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
