Job Description:
S&P Global, a leading financial services company, is seeking a driven and reliable Client Service Manager to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in client service management.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support on all aspects of our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and drive business growth - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Monitor key performance indicators and report on client feedback and trends - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Take a proactive approach to prevent and mitigate client escalations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven track record in client service management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
