Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Caterpillar, a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of construction and mining equipment, is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with 8 years of experience in client service and a strong background in customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and promote customer loyalty. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted client communication and marketing campaigns. 5. Provide timely and effective resolution to client inquiries and issues. 6. Analyze client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 7. Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 8 years of experience in client service or customer relationship management. 3. Strong negotiation and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Willingness to travel as needed.
